Lowest Price Guarantee Terms & Conditions
Competitor's product must be the identical model from an authorized U.S. dealer. Specifically, the product must have the same U.S. manufacturer's warranty, model number, contain the same components, must be brand new (not refurbished), must follow manufacturer’s dealer MAP pricing, and must match our shipping method. Competitor's product must be in stock. We reserve the right to verify another online company's product availability and price before issuing a price match or refund. Only one price can be matched per order. We do not price-match on products listed on auction websites or member-only websites (such as sites that require a periodic membership fee). The Lowest Price Guarantee does not apply to obvious pricing errors or clearance or close-out items (since they are one-of-a-kind and priced according to their condition). The Lowest Price Guarantee applies only to the price of the table(s) or accessories, and does not apply to shipping, processing, handling, taxes, and other applicable fees. The Lowest Price Guarantee applies to products offered online via e-commerce websites. It does not apply to private party sales or products sold at "brick-and-mortar" stores. We reserve the right to refuse an order or refund request on which we would incur a loss. After the Sale
We’ll ship your order within 3-7 business days and keep you updated on the status every step of the way. Delivery will then take 4-7 business days. In the event a table is out of stock, we will email you within 1 business day and let you know when the table should be in stock. You can ask us to cancel your order at no charge, or accept the backorder status. Once back in stock, your order will ship per the dates outlined above. Our 'Returns & Exchanges' Policy (below) provides assurance that we’ll take care of you in the off chance that you have any problems with your purchase.

Every product in our online store is guaranteed to be 100% authentic & genuine. Every product we sell is brand new - not used or refurbished - and we never sell "knock off" or counterfeit products.
On occasion we will sell returned items or "open box" items, but these are always clearly marked, and are only shown in our 'Clearance Center' category.
Shipping Within Mainland USA
DUE TO CURRENT SUPPLY CHAIN ISSUES - SOME TABLES ARE EXPERIENCING PRODUCTION DELAYS - PLEASE FEEL FREE TO REACH OUT PRIOR TO ORDERING TO GET A MORE ACCURATE TIMELINE OF AVAILABILITY.
Generally, orders placed with us will leave our warehouse within 4-7 business days (unless you have accepted a backorder status outline in the 'After The Sale" section above). Delivery will then take 4-7 business days. Some items are custom made-to-order, so please check the lead time on your particular shuffleboard product page when ordering. If this happens we will be sure to contact you and let you know when your item will ship. Although your item may ship out immediately it may take longer to receive your tracking number. Tracking numbers will be sent to you via email as soon as that information becomes available to us. We reserve the right to use any carrier. If you live in an area that is considered “remote” or if we cannot get a shipment to you for any unforeseen reason, then we will be in contact to discuss your delivery options and any additional amount that may need to be collected.
All shuffleboards ship freight with curbside delivery only. The carrier will call the recipient to schedule an appointment to deliver the order. You'll need to be able to unload all items; we suggest having 2-4 able-bodied people there to unload the order from the trailer. The driver might decide to help in some cases, but is not required to do so. He will only move the item(s) to the back of the trailer to be unloaded. Any attempt to use a lift gate or white glove service will result in additional charges from the carrier (or other services arranged for delivery) and will be your responsibility to pay as the customer. The results of refusing the shipment can be reviewed in section #5 of our RETURNS & EXCHANGES policies.
All deliveries will need to scheduled promptly as delaying deliveries for any reason may result in additional charges from the freight company. Any additional fees will be the recipients responsibility to pay if such charges accrue.
The recipient must be present for delivery to thoroughly inspect the order for damage or missing parts. If the condition and quantity of your delivery is acceptable, the driver will ask you to sign the delivery receipt. The driver will give you a copy, and take the original signed copy as proof of delivery. A signed delivery receipt without exceptions noted on the delivery receipt is called a clear delivery. Clear delivery means that there were no shortages and no visible damage at the time of delivery.
PLEASE THOROUGHLY INSPECT YOUR DELIVERY BEFORE SIGNING THE DELIVERY RECEIPT. If the damage to your item upon delivery is beyond repair, PLEASE REFUSE delivery of the item and notate on the delivery receipt "refused due to damage". If the damage to your delivery is repairable due to only minor damage (ie: need replacement legs/supports, climatic adjusters), please accept the delivery and contact us for replacement parts to be shipped out. Please take photos of any and all damage and email them to email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your order so we are aware of any damage and can arrange for replacement parts or expect a refused delivery to be returned.
If delivery is refused for any other reason except for the item being damaged beyond repair, please note that the purchaser of the order will be liable for all freight costs (to and from the delivery address) and a 25% restocking fee. A refund will be issued once the delivery has been returned, less delivery and restocking fee per section #5 of our RETURNS & EXCHANGES policies.

Domestic Shipping to Outer USA
Generally we don't ship to addresses outside of mainland USA, but feel free to contact us for a possible exception and shipping quote.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We sell only the finest quality products from reputable manufacturers, so we rarely have problems with any of our products. But if your item is damaged or defective in some way, we'll make sure you're taken care of. Most of our products are backed by a manufacturer's warranty. If your item has a defect, please contact the manufacturer as instructed in the paperwork that came with the product. If you need help contacting the manufacturer, feel free to contact us. If your product was damaged during shipping, contact us and we'll help you get the replacement parts you need or arrange for total replacement of the product at no cost to you. Depending on the manufacturer of your shuffleboard, returns may not be available. Please contact us for more information.
Please find your specific situation from the list of scenarios below to learn how we handle that particular situation:
- You decided to cancel your order: If the order hasn't been shipped yet, we can cancel the order and issue you a refund, less our credit card processing fee of 2.9%-3.9%, depending on the card type. If you do not cancel the order until after the shipping process has begun, your situation will be handled according to situation #5 below. For VENTURE SHUFFLEBOARD TABLES: these tables are custom made to order - cancelation of these products after 72 hours of placing the order may be subject to cancelation fees.
- You received the product but the product is not working correctly, is missing parts, or is visibly damaged or deformed: If the item isn't working correctly, and it does not appear to have been damaged during shipping, please see the paperwork that came in the original box for instructions on how to file a warranty claim with the manufacturer. The manufacturer is responsible for any manufacturing defects or deficiencies with its products. (If the item is damaged or defective due to shipping damages, please see situation #3 directly below.) If your order is missing any parts, you must contact us immediately to have those parts shipped to you at no cost. If missing parts are not reported within 24 hours after receiving the order, the manufacturer reserves the right to require payment for those parts to be shipped.
- You received an item that appears to have been damaged during shipping: If the product packaging appears to have been damaged during shipping, the product is oftentimes still in new condition. Please thoroughly inspect your product PRIOR to signing off on the delivery receipt. If your product is damaged, but replacement parts can be remedy any damage, please accept the delivery, take photos of the damage and contact us immediately to get replacement parts shipped to you. Only if damage to your product is irreparable, please REFUSE delivery, notate on the delivery receipt "refused due to product damage" and contact us immediately so we are aware of a return shipment. You must send picture which clearly show irreparable damage to the product. If proof of irreparable product damage is not emailed to us, the return will fall under situation #5 below.
- You've received the product but you've decided you want to return it: Returns are approved on a case by case basis. Most sales are final, however please reach out to us within 5 calendar days of receiving your shipment if you need to return your order. If your return is approved, all returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee + our actual cost of shipping both ways deducted from the refund amount. Be sure that the item(s) you return are professionally packaged and fully insured against damage or loss because no refunds or credits will be issued for products that are received with shipping damages or lost in transit.
- You refuse the delivery of your order, and it comes back to us: If you refuse an item and it comes back to us, you will be issued a refund LESS a 25% restocking fee plus our cost of freight shipping (to and from the warehouse). If instead you wish to have the item reshipped, you will be liable for the actual cost of the second delivery attempt plus any penalty costs the freight line assigns. If the item is damaged during the shipping process back to the warehouse, no refund will be issued until the shipping insurance claim process is complete. Once the shipping claim process is complete, you will be issued a refund in the amount we are reimbursed by the shipping company (minus the amount the shipping company charges us for the shipment to you and back to us). If the shipping company does not approve the claim, we are unable to provide a refund.
Rest assured that your personal and credit card information is safe with us. We utilize a firewall and also protect all transactions using Secure Sockets Layer (or SSL, sometimes referred to as a secure certificate), which is an encryption technology that works with all web browsers. This ensures that only we can view your personal information.
Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, we will cover the liability for you up to $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at our site while using the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting guidelines and procedures.
